Booking & cancellation policy

All online bookings are requests. The salon will review your details and respond by phone, SMS, email or Facebook message.

Your appointment is confirmed only when the salon accepts the request and, where required, a deposit is received.

A deposit of ₱1,000–₱1,500 is required for major hair color, balayage, chemical treatments and new nail or lash extension sets after the salon accepts your request.

Deposits are applied to your service total on the day of your visit.

Payment methods accepted for deposits include GCash, Maya and major cards as arranged with the salon.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.

With 24 hours’ notice or more, deposits may be transferred once to a new date within 30 days.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule so later clients are not delayed.

Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment of the full service before the next booking is accepted.

Major hair services are assessment-led. If we determine on the day that your hair is not suitable for the requested service, we will discuss alternatives.

If you decline alternatives, the deposit may be held as a consultation fee or applied to a revised service by agreement.
