Optional photos you upload for consultation (current hair, inspiration, nail or lash references).
Messages you send via Facebook, Instagram, phone or email.
To review and respond to appointment requests, prepare for consultations, and provide the requested services.
To send appointment-related confirmations, reminders or follow-ups you have agreed to receive.
We do not sell your personal information.
Consultation photos are used only to assess suitability and plan your service unless you give separate permission for marketing or gallery use.
Please do not upload images of minors or anyone who has not consented to share those images with the salon.
We keep booking records as long as needed for salon operations and accounting, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
Access to request details is limited to salon staff who need them to serve you.
You may ask us to update or delete contact details that are no longer needed for an active booking, subject to legal retention requirements.
